April is Distracted Driving Awareness Month
According to the National Safety Council (NSC) EIGHT people each day are killed due to distracted driving crashes with several more insured. Eight is too many. That is a staggering number. Let’s do our part. Put down your phone, makeup, food and anything else that can cause a distraction and stay focused. There are so many surveys out there that many people, mostly TEENS admit texting and driving is dangerous, yet they admit, they do it anyway. We wouldn’t want our children behind the wheel with these distractions. This a great time to lead by example.
So please join us this month and each monthly following to make a conscious extra effort to avoid using our phones & any other distracting device while on the road and make our roads a safer for all.
